Microsoft’s best-known software products combined and in the cloud: that’s 365. The name stands for Office 365, Windows 10 and Enterprise Mobility/Security.
Microsoft 365 is available in the Business and Enterprise variants. The two plans differ in their maximum number of users. The Business variant was developed for small and medium-sized companies and supports up to 300 users. The Enterprise solution can be expanded for any number of users. There are also various plans available, which differ in details such as the software products included, security mechanisms and other functions.
The differences between Microsoft 365 licenses are far-reaching and large and therefore not entirely clear. It is advisable to choose the right product together with a certified Microsoft partner. We will be happy to advise you on Microsoft 365 Business and Microsoft 365 Enterprise in detail.

Mobility and collaboration
With Microsoft 365, you not only benefit from the familiar Office programs Word, Excel and PowerPoint. In addition to these three products, Outlook, Access and OneNote/OneDrive are also included. Premium also includes Exchange, SharePoint, Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams included. The applications can also be used on tablets and smartphones, making them ideal for working on the move. The programs can be installed on the computer, but can also be accessed via the browser as a web version (except for Access). Another useful function of web use is the simultaneous editing of the same document by several users.

If you opt for the Enterprise solution, it also includes (depending on the plan) Threat protection and data protection features including Windows Information Protection and BitLocker, device and app management with Microsoft Intune, access management with Azure AD, compliance tools such as eDiscovery, Customer Lockbox and Advanced Data Governance, as well as the analytics tools Delve, Power BI Pro and MyAnalytics.
