Your responsibilities
- Analysis, review and resolution of faults and problems in the IT environment in third-
level support - Resolution of complex issues at a global level
- Analysis and processing of non-standard business requirements
- Creation and documentation of global processes and standards
- Vendor management (Microsoft, HPE, Datacore, Nutanix, Veeam, VMware…)
- Creation, installation, configuration and documentation of new infrastructures
(Azure, Hyper-V, VMware, Veeam, network solutions,…) - Further development of existing infrastructures
- Migrations of various systems
- Training customers and colleagues in technically demanding subject areas
