ISO 27001 · Microsoft Solution Partner
Certificates are only as valuable as what stands behind them. This page therefore explains for each accreditation what it means, who issued it and where it can be verified.
ISO 27001: Certified Information Security
NMS operates an information security management system in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001. This means: risks are systematically assessed, measures are prioritised, their effectiveness is measured and regularly audited externally. For clients, this is proof that their data is handled not on an ad-hoc basis, but according to an audited standard.

Microsoft Solution Partner
NMS is a Microsoft Solution Partner. This status is evaluated by Microsoft based on partner performance, employee qualifications and proven customer success, and is regularly re-assessed, meaning it cannot be acquired once and retained indefinitely.
For clients, this means direct access to product teams, early access to roadmap information and certified specialists for Microsoft 365 and Azure. Details under Microsoft Partner.
kununu Top Company
The Top Company award is granted by the employer review platform kununu based on employee reviews. It is therefore not self-praise, but the result of what employees write.

Recognised Training Company
NMS is recognised as a training company by the Hochrhein-Bodensee Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK). The chamber assesses whether the company is suitable and whether its trainers are personally and professionally qualified, and it monitors this on an ongoing basis.
Why this is listed here: the recognition comes from an outside body, not from us. It confirms that NMS meets the professional and personnel requirements for passing on knowledge in house.

What distinguishes Microsoft Solution Partner from the former Gold Partner status?
Microsoft has updated its partner programme: instead of Gold and Silver competencies, there are now Solution Partner designations that are evaluated based on performance, qualifications and customer success, and are regularly reviewed.
