The New Media Service GmbH is a young and dynamic IT systems house headquartered in Singen (Hohentwiel) on beautiful Lake Constance, with a branch office in Weinheim an der Bergstraße.

As a Microsoft Solution Partner for Modern Work, we specialise in operational support & the implementation of cloud solutions as well as IT transitions. Our IT professionals are ITIL and Microsoft certified. We work daily in enterprise IT environments with up to 50,000 users.

For the upcoming training year, we are offering an apprenticeship position as an IT Specialist (m/f/d) for System Integration at our headquarters in Singen.

You will learn technical customer service activities (supporting users by telephone, email and remotely)

Your profile

You are communicative and have a strong affinity for IT
You enjoy explaining (technical) things to other people and making them easy to understand
You can write an email or conduct a telephone conversation with confidence and ease
Ideally a previous internship or initial practical experience in computer science, but not essential
Strong spoken and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office
