Microsoft 365 Workshop
At NMS, we offer comprehensive workshops aimed at the successful implementation of Microsoft 365 in your business environment. Our workshops cover a wide range of topics, including the fundamentals of a modern cloud IT infrastructure, the concept of the modern workplace, the underlying IT strategy, as well as the rollout, support and migration to Microsoft 365.
Our workshops are designed to provide you with an in-depth understanding of cloud services, hybrid working methods and, in particular, the entire Microsoft 365 universe.
In doing so, we always take into account the specific requirements and goals of your company and integrate them into the workshop. Together, we address questions regarding working methods, technology, organisation and data protection. The focus is on a holistic, hybrid cloud strategy and the technical possibilities, interfaces and features offered by Microsoft and Office 365.
Following the initial workshop, we work with you on your future IT strategy and create a plan to review the technical prerequisites of your IT infrastructure for a successful implementation of Microsoft 365. In addition, we provide you with a live demo environment for Microsoft 365, where you can resolve all your questions with or without sample data and test the features you would like to try out. This demo environment will remain available to you for a further 90 days after our workshop.
Over the course of our collaboration, we deliver specific recommendations for your transformation project and your tailored change management strategy. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and successful implementation of Microsoft 365 in your company. With our workshops, you are fully equipped for the implementation of a modern workplace.
Microsoft 365 Implementation Workshop: Strategy, Infrastructure and Technical Execution
Our Microsoft 365 implementation workshops usually span several days and are divided into various modules. All workshop topics are discussed with you in advance, individually tailored and planned accordingly.
Typically, we start with strategic IT alignment and goals by assessing the current status quo, identifying your needs and objectives, and determining how we can achieve them using the Microsoft Cloud or AWS in conjunction with a 'modern workplace'. We discuss various (cloud) strategies and migration methods and decide which services and security features you would like to use in the future.
In the second module, we introduce various core cloud infrastructure services, including identity management, mailing service, file services, client and device management, collaboration features, security features and cloud backup.
On a second day, we examine your current infrastructure, including cloud services already in use, the current identity provider, data storage, processing of personal data, mailing infrastructure, data synchronisation, the current security concept and the software and licences used.
As the workshop progresses, we design a cloud scenario, create an initial cloud concept, decide which services we want to use for what purpose in future, what licensing we require, which security features we want to use, how authentication should work, and jointly establish the foundations for a future permissions concept.
In the following modules, we plan the technical implementation, create a project plan, schedule joint resources, and set up a Microsoft 365 demo or test tenant.
In the sixth module, we focus on communication and training, develop decision-maker templates for presentations, training options for administrators, and create a potential kick-off scenario for users.
In the final module, we discuss future support, the hypercare phase following implementation, and the continuous development of your IT infrastructure and modern workplace.

Solutions in a new dimension.
One conversation is enough to find out where IT, Microsoft Cloud and AI can take real weight off day-to-day business.
